Trajectory/History

1964

We start operations as the first company authorized to issue and manage Warrants in Peru.

1970

Since 1970, thanks to our good logistics practices, we belong to Grupo Romero, one of the main economic groups nation and region-wide.

1990

We were the first Peruvian company to issue Input Product Warrant (WIP), a service that allows our clients to obtain financing  for their raw material under process.

2000

Concerned about offering our clients innovating services, in 2000 we issued the first electronic Warrant of the country. Thanks to our pioneering services, that same year we were awarded with the Creatividad Empresarial (Entrepreneurial Creativity) prize organized by UPC.

2018

We merged with Compañía Almacenera (CASA) to consolidate as the leading company on issuing and managing Warrants in Peru. The purpose of this operation was to strengthen both companies’ value proposal and to generate efficiencies that result in benefits for our clients.

2019

We launched our mobile app to manage and release Warrants online, in real time, immediately and anywhere.

2021

We reaffirmed our leadership on the General Warehouse industry   by consolidating the financial storage operations of the Ransa Group.

2022

We consolidated our robustness by joining the H.I.G. Capital investment portfolio.
